| 2009 Hall Rental information |
- Wedding reception rate is $1600.00.
* Includes Friday 6pm to 9pm for set-up and 8am to 12 midnight on Saturday.
* Reception must be over by midnight.
- All other rentals; birthday, anniversary, retirement, holiday, and business meetings cost $300.00 the first two hours and $50.00 for each additional hour.
- Deposit required to hold date. Refundable, based on event; $250.00 - $500.00
- Cleaning fees included in price.
- The balance is due 90 days before the event date.
- No refund will be given for cancellation less than 60 days before rental date.
- Rental fee includes the use of the following:
* Banquet Hall
* 8 foot long tables
* Podium
* Padded Chairs
* Walk in cooler
* Ice machine
* Gas Stoves
* Commericial Sink
* Coffee maker
- Catering available for rentals through Strictly Catering 717-236-7989.
- Capacity: 225 people per event.
