Friday, August 20, 2010 This afteroon around 1700 hours Company 32 was dispatched to Kings Manor Apartments for a kitchen fire reported out. Chief 32 (McCoy) and Engine 32-1 (Chief Parsons) went enroute with additional info that the fire was out and tenant didn't want the fire department. Units arrived to find smoke showing out the front door. Crews stretched a line to the door just as investigations confirmed the fire was out with some minor extension to the cabinets that burnt itself out. Units cleared the smoke before returning.
