Tuesday, January 24, 2012 At 1641 hours the Rescue-Engine was dispatched to transfer to Upper County Company 23 (Wiconisco) to cover the region while most of the Upper County Units were committed on a large Junkyard fire involving over 100 cars and trucks. The Rescue-Engine (Capt. Wolford) took the long 50 minute ride north with 6 volunteers to stand by. Rescue 49 and Tanker 35 joined in the coverage up north and transferred to Company 21 (E-ville) as well. Crews covered for 6 hours with no runs before returning to lower county.
