Tonight for the usual Monday night training Captain 32 along with almost every other Company Officer conducted the first part of ladders class. Using the reserve tower the Probies threw every ladder off the truck. Although this was the first Ladders Class taught since Poppop's retirement the traditions were kept alive. "Back to The Truck!" was echoed across the lot of the Middle School when mistakes were made and each probie would return to the truck trying to figure out what their mistake was. Four hours of ladder work was conducted and the Probies learned their first step in throwing sticks.
